Meals and snacks 

Nutrition is something I am passionate about. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and use this training and knowledge to prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks ideal for growing children. Each day I provide balanced and delicious meals for your children, with snacks of fresh fruits and vegetables and hot lunches served. These meals feature a variety of protein, including chicken, roast beef, pork chops, and fish. 


A sample daily menu: 


Breakfast: Multigrain toast and apple 
Lunch: Roasted chicken, sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, and strawberries 
Afternoon snack: Homemade banana bread and blueberries 


My nutrition education provides me the expertise to work with children with unique dietary needs, including lactose and gluten intolerance and allergies.
